Introduction
The content on this website is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. You agree not to misuse, copy, or republish any material — including video content, photos, or written copy — without permission.
Use of Website
Ceelo Where You At provides video marketing, videography, and related content services, including but not limited to brand content, event coverage, and ongoing content retainers.
A deposit/retainer fee is required to secure your shoot date.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled shoot date. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee / forfeit the deposit.
Turnaround time for edited content is typically 5–8 days from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon for larger or custom projects.
Final content is delivered digitally via Vimeo. Nothing is posted publicly without your review and approval.
Services & Bookings
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ceelo Where You At retains the right to use footage, photos, and final edited content from client shoots for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes — including on this website and across social platforms.
Clients receive full rights to use their delivered content for their own business, marketing, and social media purposes. If you would like to restrict or opt out of your content being used in my portfolio or marketing, this must be requested and agreed upon in writing prior to your shoot.
By booking a shoot, you also confirm that you have the right to be filmed and/or have obtained consent from any team members, staff, or individuals appearing in the content.
Portfolio & Usage Rights
All text, images, videos, designs, and other content on this website — as well as raw and unedited footage from client shoots — remain the property of Ceelo Where You At unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. Final delivered/edited content is licensed to the client for their use as outlined above.
Intellectual Property
Ceelo Where You At is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, illness, or venue restrictions), or from the use of information or third-party links provided on this website. In the event a shoot cannot be completed or delivered, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for that specific service.
